Increased revenue from sales of smartphone accessories

Logo, branding and e-commerce web-site with strong SEO focus

My role

Guided a designer, coordinated the project, and delivered the website from start to finish. I created a fully functional e‑commerce website and visual strategy that raises brand recognition, improves the shopping experience and drives higher accessory sales.

Business challenge

The client worked in a crowded mobile-accessory market with low brand awareness. Their online store struggled with slow loading times, confusing navigation, and almost no organic traffic. Because of this, the website was unreliable, with frequent downtime that pushed visitors away and led to high bounce rates and short sessions.

To move forward, the business needed one high-performing e-commerce platform that could strengthen the brand, make shopping easier, and drive clear revenue growth. Conversion rates were flat, accessory sales trailed behind competitors, and the site barely showed up for relevant keywords, limiting traffic and demand.

Design challenge

The brand needed a memorable visual identity that expressed comfort, modular design, and a perfect fit for mobile screens. The site’s structure also had to guide shoppers naturally from product discovery to checkout, while keeping a clear and intuitive visual hierarchy. At the same time, the copy, tone of voice, and imagery had to work together to build trust and a modern look, helping the client stand out in a crowded market. All of this had to be delivered on a tight schedule using a platform capable of scaling without losing speed.

Story

We began by shaping a visual identity.
The logo merges a hexagonal honey‑comb cell with a circle — a metaphor for comfort, modularity and the seamless fit of accessories to mobile devices.

Pattern

The website was built with OpenCart. The layout emphasizes clear hierarchy and intuitive navigation that guides visitors toward purchase.

Throughout the effort I coordinated the designer, who turned the visual direction into wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups, and the copywriter, who crafted a tone of voice that matched the sleek, trustworthy brand personality. Aligning visual language, technical foundation and written content produced a cohesive experience that resonated with shoppers.

On the backend I provisioned a virtual private server, configured caching layers and automated backups, guaranteeing sub‑two‑second page loads.

I devised an SEO plan that started with deep keyword research, followed by the implementation of structured data, optimized meta tags and a comprehensive XML sitemap. Within 3 months organic traffic rose close to 50% and the site maintained consistently fast response times.
